Government Docs admitting Flat Earth

Did you know that government agencies like NASA, C1A, Army and FAA all have manuals that admit a “flat nonrotating earth”?

Why would they create their flight dynamics manuals that all assume a flat nonrotating earth model when we’re told our Earth is a sphere spinning at 1000 mph and hurling through space at millions of miles per hour? Don’t they need their calculations to be exact so they don’t crash their million-dollar plus aircraft and endanger military personnel and/or civilians?

Maybe they have to assume a flat nonrotating earth because earth is in fact flat and nonrotating?

WHY does it state "flat nonrotating earth" right in their documents?
