Did you know there are over 200 Bible verses that support a flat, fixed, immovable Earth?
Yet there are 0 scripture references that mention a ball or sphere earth, let alone an earth that spins and flies through space!
From Genesis to Revelation, the Earth is consistently described as:
- Fixed and not moving (spinning, orbiting, etc.)
- Circular, with edges/corners/pillars/foundations, etc.
- Under a dome, within which the sun, moon and stars were placed on Day 4.
In 1 Timothy 6:20-21 we read “O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: Which some professing have erred concerning the faith...” We should be cautious of what “science” has to say when it contradicts God’s word. This verse plainly states that even some who profess Christ have erred concerning the faith because of the vain babblings of science. Why do we as believers continue to trust a Heliocentric theory that is diametrically opposed to what the Bible teaches?
Did you know Bibles before 1959 showed this image of a flat Earth with a dome Firmament?
Hebrew Cosmology, which was common knowledge in Christ’s time, depicts a flat stationary plane with the Sun, Moon and stars inside the Firmament “to give light upon the earth.” (Genesis 1:17)
However, modern pagan Heliocentric theory says that the Sun is 93 Million miles away and the Moon is 238,000 miles away!
The Heliocentric theory also claims:
- the earth is rotating over 1000 mph,
- while hurling around the Sun at 66,600 mph,
- while the Sun is shooting 500,000 mph through the Galaxy,
- and our Milky Way Galaxy is ripping through the universe at a ridiculous 1.3 MILLION mph!
Did you know that the Bible mentions “Circle of the Earth” but never mentions Earth as a “ball” or “sphere”?
Isaiah 40:22 states “It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth…”
The Hebrew word for Circle (Strongs H2329) is “hug” pronounced “khoog” which means “circle, circuit, compass.”
Eighteen chapters earlier, Isaiah 22:18 states “…toss thee like a ball…” The Hebrew word for Ball (H1754) is “dur” pronounced “dure” which means “ball, sphere, circle.”
A basketball is a sphere and a circle but a pizza is only a circle, not a sphere or a ball! God intentionally used different words!
What is the Firmament or “Raqia”?
In biblical cosmology, the firmament is the structure above the atmosphere of Earth, regarded by Hebrews as solid and supporting ‘waters‘ above it. The Hebrew word for firmament is Raqia which means that which is firmly hammered. The Latin word firmamentum and Greek stereoma also mean solid or firm structure.
According to the Genesis creation (Gen 1:6) God created the firmament “to divide the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament.” (see pic) 
God placed a glass-like dome over the world that cannot be penetrated by man (Gen 1:6; Ps 19:1)
Job 37:18 says “Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?”
Revelation 4:6 describes it as a “sea of glass like unto crystal.”
Exodus 24:10 says it’s as “a paved work of a sapphire stone.”
Ezekiel 1:22 describes the firmament as a “terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.”
If the firmament is what the Bible says it is, then everything we have been taught since grade school about space is science fiction. But if the details of creation in scripture are not true, then the entire Bible falls apart on a faulty foundation of lies. Do you trust man or God?
Did you know the Northern Lights just happen to be the same colors as God’s throne?
In Revelation 4:3, John sees the throne of God and states “he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and sardine stone, and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.”
It sure seems to me like God’s throne is right above the North Pole and He’s a lot closer than we’ve been indoctrinated to believe in our Rockefeller funded government school system!
